The business trades from premises with B8 planning, but re-use of brownfield sites that were in other uses, such as garages, petrol stations can also be considered. Where necessary we can also look at pre-lets within developers larger schemes.

Dependent upon eaves height and the local marketplace we can consider units between 15,000 and 40,000 sq ft G.I.A.. Absolute minimum eaves height is 4.5m, with high bay at 8m plus being preferred.
