An average, furnished office for one person will need roughly 35 to 50 sq.ft.
Including: desk with drawers, office chair, carpets, cupboard, computer, desk lamps, filling cabinets, table and aprox 10-11 medium boxes
Three box Luton van-loads of furniture, files and other goods will fill approximately 150 sq.ft.
A 100 sq ft unit will accommodate and give easy access to about 240 archive boxes, racked.

A two bedroom house flat or house needs about 75-100 sq ft
including: beds, separate
headboards, kitchen furniture,
dining table and chairs,
televisions carpets, rugs, lamps,
occasional tables, lawnmower
and garden equipment, books, storage trunks, suitcases and around 18-20 medium boxes.
A average three-bedroom house will fill approximately 120-150 sq ft
Including: double beds,
mattresses, shelves, carpets,
dining table and chairs, three
piece suite, lamps, fridge, occasional tables, bikes, golf clubs and around 12-13 medium boxes.
A 150+ sq ft unit will handle the contents of 3 box Luton vans
