The Lok’nStore academy

Our Academy offers both external training as well as in-house training from storage industry experts. The courses are designed with our colleagues in mind, content created to support our colleagues throughout their career with Lok’nStore. At Lok’nStore we believe in developing our staff to be the best they can be, starting with a 4-week induction to give you the tools and confidence to be successful.

Training is held at our Head Office in Farnborough in our dedicated training room, with members of the Head Office team often popping in to say hello and offer further knowledge and support. From the very start of your time with Lok’nStore, you are more than a number, you are part of the family!
