Panic averted – space found for Jim and Sarah’s new arrival
With a new baby on the way our experts in self storage helped this couple to find the right space for them at one of our centres.
When our customers Jim and Sarah first approached us they were unsure about everything but we reassured them that’s quite often how it starts! Jim and Sarah were expecting a baby and they needed to make space in their house for the new arrival and the new furniture the baby would need.
Our friendly experts in the centre welcomed the expectant couple, established the items they needed to store and provided advice on how best to store their items. Once that was done we showed them around the centre to show them the size of storage room they would require. Jim and Sarah (with only a small amount of Sarah knowing best!) had settled on a 50 square foot room (half the size of a single garage) they reserved the space for the following weekend. Jim told us he wanted to hire a van so we helped locate a local company that offered a discount to our customers and safe in the knowledge their space would be ready when they needed it.
When it came to moving in Jim filled the transit van to the rafters but he managed to get it all in the unit with space to close the door! Jim had his own padlock which fitted our locks easily. Safe in the knowledge that their items were secure, dry and insured the couple were reassured to know they now had space for baby Lily that arrived in the coming months.
