State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. She was a truly remarkable person and an inspiration to so many. On the day of the Queen's state funeral, Monday 19th September, all stores and Head Office will be closed all day to allow colleagues time to pay their respects and watch this historic event.
COVID-19 Update February 2022
On Thursday 24th February 2022 all remaining domestic COVID-19 restrictions in England were removed by the UK government.
Although not mandated, we encourage all customers and team members to continue to wear a face-covering when in close contact with others.
The safety of our team members and customers remains paramount and we continue with these measures in all centres:
- We have disposable face masks available from reception for everyone.
- A trolley cleaning station is present in the loading bay for you to wipe down trolleys before using them.
- Perspex screens and hand sanitiser will be situated on reception desks.
- Intensified daily cleaning routines continue, especially around customer touchpoints and communal facilities.
