The role
You will be interacting with customers and ensuring they experience a friendly service whilst they are storing their possessions with Lok’nStore.
Our teams take great pride in their store and enjoy providing a storage solution for everyone!
As part of the role, you will be responsible for:
- Completing daily sales administration
- Helping customers over the phone, face to face or on a PC
- Ensuring customers leave feeling confident that their belongings are safe and secure with us
- Ad-hoc facilities administration to guarantee the smooth running of the store and provide a great first impression
